We strive to provide high-quality Thai massage services to all our customers. However, if you are unsatisfied with your experience, please review our refund policy below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Prepaid Appointments :
– Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling .

– Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will not be refunded.

– Gift Vouchers :

– Non-refundable**, but can be transferred to another person.

– Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase (unless otherwise stated).

– Service Dissatisfaction :

– If you are unhappy with your Massage Treatment , please notify us immediately before leaving the premises. We may offer a partial refund, complimentary session, or discount on future services at our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Services :

– Completed sessions (once the service has been fully rendered).

– Retail products (e.g., oils, creams) unless faulty or unopened (subject to UK Consumer Rights Act 2015).

4. Processing Refunds

– Refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days via the original payment method.

– Bank/card provider processing times may apply.
